Houlden Jewellers: Marketing communications strategy for the UK and Ireland's biggest consortium

Bill devised and implemented a marketing communications strategy to enable Houlden Jewellers to communicate a highly professional membership proposition to high-end independent jewellers across the UK and Ireland.
The strategy also supported existing members to promote and leverage the consortium’s Jewellers of Excellence brand.
Following this, Bill created the group’s first-ever luxury customer magazine and worked with top jewellery and watch brands such as Cartier, Chopard, Gucci, Mont Blanc and Rolex, to secure their participation and ensure their communication objectives were achieved.
