Working with a number of UK Local Authorities, Bill has a developed an insight-based branding and communication programme to promote the uptake of healthy school meals in both primary high schools.
Starting with a research survey of pupils, parents, teachers and school dining staff, to determine the issues of poor school meal uptake, the programme used the insight to inform new menus, decor and communications. The research also invited pupils to submit designs for the name and logo of their school's school meal service.
Currently, six high schools and ten primary schools have had the programme implemented.
