Gulf News: Transforming a traditional ad sales department in to a cross platform sales environment.

Gulf News, one of the largest newspaper publishers in the United Arab Emirates - headquartered in Dubai - invited Bill to assist them with the planning of their transformation from a traditional newspaper advertising sales department to one that offers cross-platform solutions.

In response, Bill produced a framework road map entitled 'The first ten critical steps in transforming a traditional ad sales department in to a cross platform sales environment' - a summary of which can be viewed in the attached slides.
